After having issues with water flow, I turned the shower handle right side up and that solved the problem. Today I finally had time to put entire system together and take a shower. The pump and shower system worked fine. I was stressed during shower that the water was 74 degrees ... same temp as the outdoors. It was when I shut the water off that I realized that I'd neglect to open the gas valve....bittersweet moment. I haven't used the faucet yet, but expect it to function fine.

As usual Joolca has an amazing product and Service, my V1 Pump broke down on boxing day, I had an instant reply to my email with trouble shooting tips, worked out I needed a new pump. Ordered and received one within 2 days. Amazing customer service.Thank you Joolca absolutely love the Products. I have a V1 setup and when I have the money will be looking to buy the complete v2 setup when I can afford it

We have the double ensuite and the awning with shower and the kitchen sink, it is absolutely fantastic! Everything is colour coded and incredibly easy to set up. Everything has been thought through in detail. The kitchen sink and tap is an incredible extra we didn’t think of at first but it all packs up perfectly in to the tub with the drying racks as the lid! It’s so well done!

Great pump - much better than the previous non Joolca pump I was using.Works really well - Joolca please come up with a battery pack or a rechargeable version!

I was going to make one of these until I saw this one. I keep a lot of water on my rig because I can. Worst case scenario is I will need water. And if needed I can pump into a non potable container for further treatment or right into a potable container if I’m feeling lucky.

I have been living off grid for almost 4 years with my daughter and grandson. During this time I have acquired 3 pumps from you, this one will be my forth. The first one finally gave up after I forgot to turn it off, the next morning the pump wouldn't go and the battery that powered it was reading 10 volts.
I've been using them to provide water pressure to 2 of our cabins. One directly to the kitchen sink on one cabin and the other to a header on the other cabin. I also use them to pump water from one tank to another when one gets low.
With summer at the door step the new pump will be employed to pump water from a creek up to a drum to provide water for gardens and livestock. The creek is around 10 meters below the land that our cabins are on.

Great unit. Provided enough water to run my pressure washer of my water tank.

We have had the complete Joolca kit with the double ensuite for about four or five years. We boondock camp 99% of the time so showering everyday after a long day of riding is not possible in the camper. Being able to throw the hose in the creek and have a hot shower that lasts and lasts is heaven on earth. Not to mention the fantastic views, lol. All of our friends that camp with us ask if we are bringing it when they go with! Perfect solution for us!!!

I bought this entire system heater en-suite tent and pump spending as you all know a hefty sum. When the shower shows up I followed the instructions couldn’t be happier with it attached to a garden hose. Later the same day the pump arrives. Sweet more testing. I open the box that looks like it’s been to iran and back. The pump and everything in the box is dirty and water is in everything. I pulled the rubber stops out of the pump and got water all over my hardwood floors. The pick up tube has sediment in the filter screen. My advice to Joolca 1. Get a phone number so you can make this right it or answer your chat app. 2. If you don’t give a damn about being honest and providing what appears to be an excellent product.do a better job of cleaning your returns before selling them as new...and get a new box!!!!

First I try work the shower with my own pump it didn't work well ones I got the original pump it was on back order I start enjoy the shower.

We currently owned a camp chef portable water heater so I ordered the Joolca off grid plumbing kit to with use it during camping trips. The system works perfectly, and I found quick disconnects that are compatible with Joolca connectors at my local hardware store to attach water lines to my heater.

The pump seems to work very well. When snapping on the hose fittings I noticed it took a good bid of force to make sure that they where in all the way. Once you hear a snap sound fitting is in firmly otherwise it is loose and lwill leak. I also notice that while pushing in the fitting give it a slight twist to help it connect better. It maybe that it is just very new and overtime the fitting will connect easier.The pump is perfect, long 12volt cord and just enough hose to get the job done.

It seems that this is a quality built and reliable device. However, I have only used it twice. I have had difficulty attaching the quick connects on the pump.. I cannot seem to get the connection without fiddleing with it. In other words, it is not easy to connect properly. I am hoping that as I use the product it becomes easier..
