Joolca United Kingdom Warranty Policy

    • We warrant that the products which we supply will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting normal use, for two (2) years from the date of purchase, provided that the products are handled with normal application, installation, use and conditions. This warranty does not limit or exclude any consumer protection rights you may have under law. 

    • You need to provide us with details and circumstances surrounding the alleged defect or fault. We may also request evidence of the claim, including but not necessarily limited to:
      • photographs and/or videos of the product defect
      • the serial number of the product (if applicable)
      • proof of purchase

    • If you believe that products have a defect then you should not make any further use of them before returning them to us.

    • You must take care of the products before you return them to us. We may reduce the amount we refund to you if the product is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, negligence, vandalism, alteration, modification or non-observance of any of the instructions supplied by Joolca including instructions concerning installation, operation and application of the Product.  

    • When returning products to us, you must ensure that it is packaged, shipped and handled with care. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to the product during shipping.

    • If you return products to us, within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the products, for a reason other than if you change your mind, we will inspect the products and either replace them (where possible) or refund the full purchase price for the products if we accept that there is a manufacturing defect or other fault in the products. If you return products to us after the expiry of the 30 (thirty) day period following receipt of the products, We will replace the products (where possible). If an exact replacement is not possible, We will offer you the choice of an alternative similar product or a refund. 

    • Any refund will also include any delivery charges which you have paid and your cost of returning the products to us. By law customers have certain rights in respect of products and services that cannot be excluded, and nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights. Subject to Clause 3 below, the remedy in this Clause 2.7 represents our entire liability to you for any claim in respect of the products which the law provides, insofar as we are permitted to limit our liability to you.

    • If the product is found to be working satisfactorily on return to us or upon investigation by us, we reserve the right to charge reasonable costs of testing and investigating the product in addition to shipping and transportation charges. Where we are in possession of the product, the product will be returned to you on receipt of the amount charged. 

    • We will aim to process your refund or replace the products as soon as possible but will do so within 14 (fourteen) days of us agreeing to provide you with a refund or replacement.
